Monthly Auxiliary Report

Pastors, church clerks, and auxiliary leaders are encouraged to submit the report blanks relevant to their ministry. Each local church and auxiliary helps keep the Diocese informed by reporting faithfully.
Most auxiliaries submit a monthly report, while church and financial reports may follow the schedule set by the Diocese office. When in doubt, the Diocese office can confirm the current reporting calendar.
Updated report blanks can be requested at any time through the contact form. Select “Report Blanks” as the reason for contact, and the Diocese office will respond with the current forms.
Leadership changes and auxiliary updates should be sent to the Diocese auxiliary office. Choose “Leadership / Auxiliary Update” on the contact form, and your information will be directed to the right place.
